How to make ALMOND BUTTER - no oil no sugar added!
Today I am going to show you how to make ALMOND BUTTER - no oil added.
Did you know that making nut butter is SUPER EASY?
ONE INGREDIENT. ALMONDS! THAT'S IT!
I used almonds in this tutorial but feel free to change to other nuts or mix different nuts!
Once you start making nut butter at home you won't go back to store bought. It is so fresh that you can taste the nuts so much more.
I didn't add anything but you can add:
sweeteners such as brown sugar, maple syrup, honey or even dates!

2 cups Raw almonds
You can make as little or as much as you want. With my food processor I found 2 cups of nuts works the best.
Preheat the oven to 300F
Roast almonds for 10 minutes
Take them out from oven and cool off - until you can touch comfortably
Grind until creamy
Transfer to a jar. Let it cool off before you close with a lid
Pay attention to the food processor to avoid overheating. You may need to stop the machine periodically if it started to get hot.
