SERVING FOR 1

  • 1 Shiitake mushroom

  • 1 scallion

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 tablespoon wakame seaweed

  • 1/4 cup green peas

  • 1/4 cup corn

  • 1 bunch mung bean noodles


SOUP

  • 1 tablespoon miso

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1/4 garlic powder

  • 1/4 onion powder


GARNISH

  • coriander leaf

  • sesame seeds

  • sriracha

  1. Carrot - julienne cut

  2. Scallion - white part / diagonal cut, green part / thinly slice

  3. Shiitake mushroom - tear into a small piece

  4. Boil water

  5. In a bowl, add miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar and shiitake mushroom. Pour some hot water to dissolve miso.

  6. Add mung bean noodles, carrot, scallion, wakame seaweed, green peas, corn, garlic powder, onion powder

  7. Pour hot water to cover all the ingredients

  8. Cover the bowl. Let it sit for 10minutes

  9. Garnish with coriander leaf, sesame seeds and sriracha

  10. Enjoy!
