Chickpea Flour Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1cup chickpea flour (besan)

  • 1 to 1 ¼ cup water

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 small to medium size onion

  • 1 garlic

  • Some coriander leaf

Instructions

  1. Mix chickpea flour and water

  2. Dice tomato, onion, garlic and coriander leaf

  3. Combine chopped vegetables into chickpea mix

  4. Heat up a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil

  5. Pour the mixer and cook for about 5 minutes with medium to high heat

  6. Flip the pancake and cook a few minutes

  7. Make sure both sides are cooked through

  8. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
